• In keeping with sensitive safety measures, it’s mandatory for all guests to carry a Photo ID proof to be given at the time of Check-in; such as Driving License / Voters I Card / Passport / Photo Credit Card / We request all guest to Co-Operate with the Front Desk staff. Without valid ID proof check in will not be done.
• Please note that Pets are not allowed at our property.  
• All rates quoted are in Indian Rupees and in case of International Guests the conversion of the day would be applicable to respective currency conversion prevailing on that day.
• In the absence of a credit card guarantee / Arrival details, reservations will be held on provisional basis up to 24 hours prior to the arrival date. There after the rooms would be released and offered subject to availability.
• In the event of No Show or Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival date would attract one night retention on the confirmed rate.  Cancellation policy in case of a bulk booking would be as per the Contract Letter as per agreement. In case of Early Departure 50% retention would be charged on the balance nights booked.
• All rates are subject to GST as applicable in the respective Regions. In case of any revision in the taxes, the same would be applicable as per the statutory.
• The rates do not entitle any credit facility. All bills to be settled by cash / credit card / UPI before time of check in. Please note that Total payment amount needs to be paid before guest check in.

Reservation Policy 

1. You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
2. Please review the booking and cancelation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancelation penalties specified may apply.
3. You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
4. Other inclusions not listed as a part of this booking may be chargeable.

Cancelation Policy

If cancellation is done within 48 hours of arrival, then 1night(s) tariff will be charged.

FORCE MAJEURE: This agreement shall not in any way be affected nor shall any party hereto herein,  be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of any undertaking, term or condition herein, if such failure or delay is due to any cause or causes beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood,  earth quake, damage by the elements, perils of the sea or air, accidents, act of God, strike, lock-out or other labour disorder, act of foreign or domestic de-jure or de-facto government, whether by law, order, legislation, decree, rule, regulation or otherwise, revolution, civil disturbance, breach of the peace, declared or undeclared war, act of interference or action by civil or military authorities or due to any other cause beyond the parties control.

PAYMENTS SCHEDULE AND TERMS

1. 100% of the estimated Room Billing Amount needs to be paid before check in, extra’s if any to be settled at the time of check out.
